This large Charlotte Vacation Rental is open for bookings year-round. For the 2023-2024 season, the pool will be open year-round. (It will not close from Nov to May as we have done in previous years)

The Pool is a 16ft x 32ft vinyl-lining inground pool with a large concrete patio surrounding it. This home is perfect for families looking for a safe staycation, companies looking for a creative retreat, meeting space or off-site, or even wedding groups needing accommodations for the bridal party. Handicap accessibility is available by a removable ramp and use of the in-home elevator. Bedrooms do not have televisions to encourage fellowship in the main areas of the home. The main floor living room, master bedroom, gym, and home theatre have smart televisions with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Roku, etc. Guests can use personal logins for premium channels and other VOD services.

There are two full kitchens in this home as well as a main floor living area, downstairs game/lounge room, a home theatre, and a gym room. All bedrooms have a private/ensuite bathroom except for the 3 Queen bonus room. This room will share the hallway bathroom with the upstairs King room. The master bedroom has an attached room for small kids (twin bunks) and the upstairs navy queen room has an attached infant room with a pack-n-play and baby mattress. Baby Furniture (stroller, high chairs, etc.) can be rented from local companies such as Baby's Away Charlotte.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, coffee makers, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. Everything you need to make meals for your group. The gym room has a treadmill, free weight, punching bag, bench, yoga mats, exercise balls, and resistance bands. Cleaning supplies and sanitizers are provided for each group as well.

**Please Note: Large events are NOT allowed in this home.***  What is a large event? Anything exceeding the sleeping capacity of the home, sending invitations, renting tables/chairs, setting up speakers, etc. are all parts of an event. We can recommend event venues for your event needs because this home can only be used for accommodations and small group gatherings (less than 38 total people). This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we ask that guests respect that at all times. To have enough time to clean and check the property, we prefer to have a full 24 hours between rentals. You can choose to instant book on a day someone is checking in/out but please keep in mind you may be subject to a later check-in time or earlier check-out. This home takes 6+ hours for our team to clean and flip so we have to have enough time to prepare for the next booking. All linens and towels are cleaned and rotated with fresh sets in between rentals. Beds are made and clean towels are provided upon arrival.

Exterior cameras are located on this property for security purposes. There are no cameras located inside. The home is on keyless entry and has contact-free check-in. We use a software called GetDuve for online check-in and guest ID verification prior to providing check-in instructions or access codes. A floorplan is available to guests upon request or at the time of booking. Security deposit is required of all guests, regardless of the booking portal.
